HDPE Pipes

HDPE pipes are manufactured from high density Polyethylene – Pipe Grade material PE- 80, PE- 100. A most versatile material suitable for making pipes. HDPE pipes are of low cost and high performance. These pipes are better substitute for costly Metallic and Non- Metallic pipes like CI, GI, AC, RCC and MS.

HDPE Pipes are generally made black in color by adding carbon black or black master’s batches to protect them from ageing and degradation caused by ultraviolet rays of the Sun.

Electrical Conduit Pipes

The pipes are classified into different categories depending on the application and usage, and according to which, the walls' thickness varies. These different classifications are mentioned below.

Our pipes are manufactured by highly sophisticated twin screw extruders with our own formulations and compounding facilities by using world best raw material and other additives. These pipes are normally available in two colors such as black and white and have standard length of 3 meters.

PVC Pressure Pipes

These pipes are used mainly for irrigation, potable water supply, conveying chemical, etc. They are produced by our high-tech twin screw pipe plant by using our own PVC Dry blend compounds. Our quality control personnel periodically check the dimensions as well as other properties.

PVC Drainage & Sewage Pipes

We play a major roll in manufacturing and supplying quality PVC Pipes which are exclusively manufactured for the drainage and sewage sectors for replacing the old fashioned CI or Cement pipes. They are manufactured with special compounds to maintain long-lasting surface color and high impact strengths. Since these pipes are thin as compared to the pressure pipes, they need to be specially formulated to withstand impact strengths.

They are available in light grey and orange colors according to the customer's demand. Another available option is the choice between socketing types, either the solvent type or the rubber ring groove type.
